Maui median home price rises to $624K in November

Buyers paid more for a single-family home on Maui in November compared with the same month a year earlier, but the volume of sales fell sharply.The median resale price in November was $624,000K, up 4 percent from $600,000 a year earlier, according to the Realtors Association of Maui.
A total of 79 homes were sold, down 30 percent from 113 a year earlier.
Condo prices rose to $647,656 in November from $575,000 a year earlier. The volume of condo sales was 78, little changed from 77 a year earlier.
