Salt Lake arson suspect identified by security videotape

Prosecutors will petition Family Court for charges against a 17-year-old boy who allegedly started an early morning lobby fire at a Salt Lake area apartment complex.The fire yesterday was reported at 2:15 a.m.
The boy was identified by surveillance videotape and arrested for investigation of third-degree arson at 3 p.m. yesterday.
