Kula Highway reopened to traffic

Kula Highway has been reopened to traffic, Maui County reported late Thursday night. The road was closed yesterday after a large amount of water from above the highwayflowed through the Polipoli area and the Waiohuli Homestead, causing extensive damage to residences and roads.
