Kula Highway reopened to traffic

Kula Highway has been reopened to traffic, Maui County officials reported late Thursday night.The road was closed Wenesday after a large amount of water from above the highway flowed through the Polipoli area and the Waiohuli Homestead, causing extensive damage to residences and roads.
