Surf expected to drop along Oahu's north-facing shores

Surf along north-facing shores on O'ahu will be 10 feet to 14 feet early this morning decreasing to 10 feet to 12 feet by this afternoon, the National Weather Service said.

Surf along west-facing shores will be 4 feet to 7 feet today, while surf along south- and east-facing shores will be 5 feet to 7 feet, forecasters said.

A moderate northwest swell will build on Saturday and decline on Sunday, with another moderate northwest swell arriving Monday night and continuing into Tuesday.
