Traffic lights reported out at Kapiolani and University

Police are reporting that the traffic lights are out at the intersection of Kapi'olani Boulevard and University Avenue.Officers are at the scene directing traffic.
Left turns are not being allowed from Kapi'olani onto University in either direction.
Police could not say how long it will take to repair the lights.
