Clinic set for Kauai youth basketball officials

LIHU'E – The Kauai Department of Parks & Recreation will be conducting a basketball official's clinic on Thursday, Dec. 20, at the Lihu'e Neighborhood Center, old side, main hall.The clinic will begin at 7 pm. There is no cost to attend. Anyone interested in being a referee in the county's 2008 Community Youth Basketball Leagues is encouraged to attend.
The clinic is mandatory for all 13 and Under and 11 and Under Boys and Girls coaches that are participating in the upcoming season.
The schedule for the boys and girls leagues will be issued at this meeting.
