Lingle to tour Kalihi re-entry facility, talk to offenders

Gov. Linda Lingle will meet with female offenders tomorrow in Kalihi.Lingle will tour the Ka Hale Ho'ala Hou Na Wahine facility in Kalihi and talk to women from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The facility on Ka'aahi Street provides re-entry services for offenders.
The facility serves about 100 women a year.
Women live at the site for a minimum of six months, receiving counseling and other guidance. For more information on the program, go to www.reawakeningforwomen.org.
