IHOP to open in Pearl City later this month

The owner of three IHOP restaurants in Hawai'i will be opening her fourth franchise later this month in the Times Square Shopping Center in Pearl City.Sarah Espino owns and operates IHOP restaurants in Waikiki, Windward Mall and the Prince Kuhio Plaza in Hilo. The Pearl City restaurant will housed in the space formerly occupied by Blockbuster.
Espino said she plans to open more IHOP restaurants in the islands.
