Cost-U-Less shareholders approve company sale

Cost-U-Less Inc., operator of 11 warehouse-club type stores including two in Hawai'i, said its shareholders approved the sale of a company to The North West Co., a retailer with stores in Northern Canada and Alaska.Bellevue, Washington-based Cost-U-Less said it anticipates the transaction will close on Thursday.
