3 arrested in Kamehameha Heights raid charged

Two men and a woman, arrested Monday in a raid on a Kamehameha Heights home, were charged last night with drug offenses.

Robert H. Aguiar Jr., 37, and Charles L. Ulmer, 44, who live at 2335 Makanani Drive where the raid occurred, and Rayna K.A. Cardoza, 33, of Meyers Street in Kalihi, were charged with third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug, third-degree promotion of a detrimental drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

In addition, Aguiar was charged with fourth-degree promotion of a harmful drug. He is also being held on three warrants totalling $807.

Bail for Ulmer and Cardoza is $20,000 each. Aguiar's bail is $11,000 for the drug charges.

Police Narcotics/Vice officers seized small amounts of methamphetamine, marijuana and pills. The raid capped an investigation into community complaints of drug dealing at the home, according to the Narcotics/Vice office.

Police also seized a 2001 Suzuki motorcycle.
