Police ask for help in 2004 Hawaii murder case

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public's assistance in locating suspect(s) or witnesses to a murder that occurred between Dec. 4, 2004, and Dec. 11, 2004.

On Dec. 4, 2004, at about 2 a.m. the victim, Jamie Plabico-Davis, was last seen walking from Ke'ehi Boat Harbor on Sand Island to a relative's home in Kalihi.

On Dec. 11, 2004, Plabico's body was found on the North Shore near the popular surf spot Velzyland.

She was 20 when she was murdered. She was described as 5-foot, 130-pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
