The Salt Lake-Moanalua Public Library will host "A Winter Holiday Family Storytime" at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 19.

The free program will feature Christmas stories and poems read aloud by the children's librarian. Balloon Monsoon will create balloon sculptures, and children can also participate in a cookie-decorating activity.

The 45-minute program, sponsored by Friends of the Salt Lake-Moanalua Public Library, is recommended for children of all ages and their families.
