Assault reported at Safe Haven in Downtown Honolulu

Police, firefighters and city paramedics have been sent to the Safe Haven facility, at 41 S. Beretania St., where an assault victim is reported to be having difficulty breathing.Emergency crews were sent out on the call about 8:25 a.m.
