Paramedics tending to man injured on tugboat

City paramedics are being sent to Pier 13 makai of Nimitz Highway at the foot of Maunakea Street to treat a 54-year-old man who fell from a flight of stairs aboard the tugboat American Contender.The ambulance crew was sent out on the call about 1:55 a.m.
