Water main break shuts down 10th Avenue in Palolo

Motorists are being re-routed from a section of 10th Avenue in Palolo Valley on 10th Avenue because of a water main break.
The break occurred shortly after midnight between Maluhia and Hinahina streets.
Traffic is being diverted elsewhere.
