Brush fire at Ko Olina contained

A brushfire of several acres at Ko Olina Resort was contained at about 12:12 a.m., a Honolulu firefighter said.
Kevin Minke, a Ko Olina resident, said about one to two acres was burned in an area of brush between Ko Olina Kai and Ko Olina Villas.
The fire was reported at 11:07 p.m.
Firefighters were still mopping up at the scene at 12:45 a.m. Three engines, two tankers, a tower and brush truck were sent out, a firefighter said.
