SPOOK

TAG NO. 07-17770

Spook is a stitch! Let her out of her kennel for half a minute, and she will have you roaring with laughter at her crazy antics. A dark tortoise shell, Spook is easily overlooked — until she swings into action. Then, her true "purr-sonality" comes out! A stray brought to the Humane Society Aug. 6, Spook is litter-box trained, and extremely playful and friendly. She may have an issue with new surroundings and people, but give her a little time to adjust and she will truly light up your life.

MAILIE

TAG NO. 07-25768

It's hard to imagine where they got "terrier/shar-pei" out of this gorgeous, big girl; she's got Laborador ears, if we ever saw any. Whatever her lineage, this is one great-looking animal. Sable brown in color, Mailie is independent, confident and quite clever. Her owners surrendered her on Nov. 6 and here is an opportunity to adopt a wonderful pet. Mailie has never been around kids, and should go into a family without small children. She may also require a dental cleaning to protect those beautiful "canines" of hers.

BAMBI AND THUMPER

TAG NO. 07-25632 & 07-25633

These two handsome rabbits were both brought in as strays on Nov. 4 — obviously lost from the same household at the same time. Good thing they're buddies and love each other or they might have gotten separated. Bambi is the girl; Thumper is the boy. These black-and-white charmers are calm and responsive, and would make perfect "bunny bookends" for your home.

These animals may have found homes. The Hawaiian Humane Society and McInerny Dog Park at 2700 Wai'alae Ave. are open 7 days a week. For hours, directions, special events and to see more pets available for adoption, visit www.hawaiianhumane.org or call 946-2187. Call immediately to report lost and found animals.
