Hawaii softball games feature World War II veterans

Four softball games are being played tomorrow and Wednesday as part of an exchange between Japan and United States World War II veterans at Hans L'Orange Park.Along with a teams from Japan and Hawai'i is "Kids and Kubs," a team from St. Petersburg, Fla., which includes 15 veterans from WWII. The average age of the team is 80.
The schedule:
Tomorrow's games
2:30 p.m.: Hawai'i vs. Florida
4 p.m.: Hawai'i vs. Japan
Wednesday's games
2 p.m.: Japan vs. Florida
3:30 p.m.: Mixed team vs. Mixed team
