Missing Kapaa man, 51, sought on Kauai

The Kaua'i Police Department is asking for the public's help with finding a missing person.According to police, Enrique Ochoa, 51, of Kapa'a was last seen at his home on Dec. 9.
Ochoa is 6 foot 3, weighs 150 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair. He has a tan complexion and medium build.
