Hawaii refinery resumes gasoline production

Tesoro Corp.'s Kapolei refinery resumed gasoline production this week following a more than one-month gasoline production stoppage.The refinery at Campbell Industrial Park halted gasoline production after damage resulting from a power outage on Nov. 4.
"We are making gasoline again," said Lance Tanaka, Tesoro's government relations manager.
Tesoro, which operates one of two refineries in Hawai'i, is the largest refiner in the state.
