TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE

"Clash of the Choirs" final sing-off, 7 p.m., NBC. The notion of a quick competition is kind of appealing. On Monday, we saw five stars organize choirs in their hometowns. Now three remain. They'll each do several songs tonight. Viewers vote, with the winner announced tomorrow.

"100 Greatest Songs of the '90s" (part three of five), 8 p.m., VH1; previous ones rerun at 6 and 7 p.m. What happens when rock stars disappear? This hour offers far-flung examples. Sophie B. Hawkins was busy suing her record company. Now she's mainly a painter. Weezer slowed down partly because its leader, Rivers Cuomo, had returned to Harvard. Others went in mixed directions. Marky Mark became movie star (and "Entourage" producer) Mark Wahlberg. Sugar Ray leader Mark McGrath became a TV host on "Extra." And Tupac Shakur only had six albums before his death, this hour says; he's had seven since.

OF NOTE

"Bend It Like Beckham" (2002), 4 and 6:30 p.m., Oxygen. This modest film takes a pleasant look at a teenager resisting her family's expectations. Parminder Nagra (now of "ER") stars, with Keira Knightley and Jonathan Rhys Meyers (both of almost everything) co-starring.

"Duel," 7 p.m., ABC. Here's the third night of the quiz show, which has six rounds in seven nights. It's one of three network reality shows at 7 p.m. today; get used to it.

"Frosty the Snowman" and "Frosty Returns," 7 and 7:30 p.m., CBS. Here are reruns of the amiable cartoon and its lame sequel. For variety (sort of) at 8 p.m., there's "The Year Without Santa Claus" on ABC Family and "The Santa Clause" on the Disney Channel.

"Back to You," 7 p.m., Fox. Here's another funny rerun for this crisply clever series. Chuck (Kelsey Grammer) is supposed to be a pal to his young boss, Ryan; alas, he keeps getting chances to have sex instead.

" 'Til Death," 7:30 p.m., Fox. In a so-so episode, the couples end up with the opposite person. Joy plays tennis with Jeff; Eddie does yoga with Steph.

"Journeyman," 9 p.m., NBC. Here's a new episode that NBC promises will reveal some secrets. Dan meets someone who says he's a time-traveler from the recent past.
