Bail is pending for an 18-year-old man charged today with four counts of first-degree robbery and three counts of kidnapping stemming from an alleged incident involving four teenage victims at the sugar mill skate park in 'Aiea.

James T. Malgama of a Pali Highway address was charged at 10:50 a.m., according to a police media highlight.

Malgama was later sent to Circuit Court, where Family Court is reviewing his status since the alleged Aug. 20 robberies were committed while he was a juvenile.

Malgama is the second suspect arrested in the robbery investigation. He was taken into custody yesterday at 465 South King St. at 2 p.m.

A boy, 16, was arrested Dec. 4 and charged in Family Court for first-degree robbery and kidnapping, police said.
