Girl, 17, slightly injured after flipping car over on H-1

A 17-year-old girl escaped serious injury when her car flipped over early this morning in the east-bound lanes of H-1 Freeway near the 'Aiea off-ramp.The incident occurred about 3:05 a.m.
The girl told emergency responders that she fell asleep seconds before the car flipped over.
She was taken to The Queen's Medical Center with various abrasions on her limbs and an eye injury.
Police shut down three lanes while the overturned car was cleared from the freeway.
