Surf of 4 to 6 feet expected along east shores today

Surf of 4 to 6 feet is expected along O'ahu's east-facing shores today, according to the National Weather Service.

Elsewhere the surf is expected to be 3 to 5 feet along north-facing shores; 1 to 3 feet along west-facing shores and 2 feet or less along south-facing shores.Surf along north facing shores will be 3 to 5 feet through Saturday.

Two northwest swells will bring near advisory level surf to north facing shores Monday through Wednesday. Trade wind swells should keep surf just under advisory level along east-facing shores through next week.
