Holiday Festival of Lights Pearl Harbor is offering 30-minute boat tours — complete with harbor-side views of ships and submarines decked out with yuletide lights and decorations. Tours will depart from the USS Arizona Memorial Visitor Center today and tomorrow at 7, 7:15, 7:45, 8 and 8:15 p.m. Due to security, no cameras, bags, backpacks or other carry-ons allowed. The tours are free with first-come, first-served seating; 422-2771, ext. 119.
