Forklift driven by dad critically injures girl, 3

A 3-year-old girl was in critical condition last night after being hit by a forklift apparently driven by her father.
Police said the industrial accident occurred about 5 p.m. in a warehouse near Dillingham Boulevard.
The forklift was backing up when it hit the girl, seriously injuring her legs, police said.
Police said they did not expect to bring any charges in connection with the accident.
