Sugar Bowl: Game-day information for attending fans

Advertiser Staff

Here are some important game-day information that should prove helpful.

This information has been provided by the Sugar Bowl.

The best advice is to carry as little as possible-bag checks will take place at the gates — and to come early and enjoy the tailgate party outside and pregame activities inside.

Tickets: The game is sold out. All tickets are distributed through the University of Georgia, University of Hawaii, Ticketmaster's TicketExchange, and the Sugar Bowl. These are the only authorized sources for tickets. The buying or selling of tickets anywhere within 300 feet of Superdome property is unlawful and violators are subject to arrest.

Will Call: Sugar Bowl and VIP - Gate A Ground - 1 p.m. until end of halftime

University of Hawaii - Gate B Plaza - 1 p.m. until 8 p.m.

University of Georgia - Gate H Plaza - 3 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Pre-game: Sugar Bowl Fan Jam starts at 4:30 p.m. CST on the Gate C Bridge and lasts until kickoff. Fan Jam features food, interactive games and entertainment, including special appearances by both schools' bands and cheerleading squads. Free for fans of all ages.

Kickoff: 7:30 p.m. CST

Gates Open: 5:30 p.m. CST

Entrances: Gates A, B, C, D, E, G and H on the Plaza Level

Children's Ticket Policy: Children ages 2 and under are allowed in free, but must sit on parent/guardian's lap.
