Woman assaulted officer at nightclub, police say

Police said they arrested a 28-year-old woman Saturday morning after she kicked a police officer in the groin.At about 3:20 a.m., police responded to a report of several women fighting at an Ala Moana area nightclub. A police officer attempted to escort one woman off the premises when she allegedly became combative and kicked the officer in the groin. She was arrested on suspicion of first-degree assault against an officer.
