3 minor fireworks-related fires on Oahu so far

There have been three reports of probable fireworks-related fires on O'ahu today, the Honolulu Fire Department said at 9 p.m.None of the fires involved a structure and all were considered minor. One fire was a small brushfire in 'Ewa Beach on Iroquois Road that began around 5:20 p.m. It was extinguished in less than 20 minutes. The other two were tree fires.
There have been no reports of damage or injuries.
HFD Capt. Terry Seelig said an official determination of fireworks-related incidents will be released after Jan. 1.
