Three blood drives today in need of donors

Volunteers are needed for the last blood drives of 2007, happening today in Waikele, Kahala and Kaiser Permanente Moanalua.

Bloodmobiles will be set up at Waikele Center at 94-849 Lumiana St. from 7:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. and at Kahala Mall at 4211 Wai'alae Ave. near the Macy's men's department from 7:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. The Kaiser Permanente Auditorium at 3288 Moanalua Road will be open for collections from 10 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

Donors must be in good health and at least 18 years old or 17 with signed parental consent. Donors must weigh at least 110 pounds and have a valid ID that shows date of birth.
