Most high-wind warnings canceled

Advertiser Staff

High-wind warnings have been canceled for all islands except for the summits of Haleakala and the Big Island, according to the National Weather Service. Those warnings will be in effect until Friday afternoon.

Tonight will be mostly cloudy with likely showers on Kaua'i and O'ahu.

Maui will have scattered showers in the evening, then occasional showers after midnight.

Winds will flow from the northwest at about 15 mph in the evening, then become light and variable.

Low temperatures will range from 64 to 69 degrees.

The Big Island's summits are under a winter weather advisory until 4 p.m. Friday.
