Proclamation presented at HPD's 75th anniversary

The Honolulu Police Department celebrated its 75th anniversary at a ceremony Thursday morning on the 4th floor of the HPD's Alapai headquarters.Mayor Mufi Hannemann planned to present a proclamation to Police Chief Boisse Correa commemorating the event.
