BYUH's Wily named PacWest Player of the Week

Latoya Wily, a center-forward for Brigham Young-Hawai'i, was named Pacific West Conference women's basketball Player of the Week.Wily, a junior, scored a season-high 27 points (11 of 15 from the field and 5 of 8 in free throws) in a victory over Hawai'i Pacific last week. She also had 17 rebounds, three assists and three steals.
The Kahuku High alum is averaging 19.4 points and 13.6 rebounds per game for the Seasiders, who host UH-Hilo Thursday night at 5 p.m.
