Wilson, McLachlin each shoot 1-under-par 70

Dean Wilson and Parker McLachlin each shot a 1-under-par 70 on Thursday in the opening round of the FBR Open in Scottsdale, Ariz.Wilson, a Kaneohe native, had five birdies, four bogeys and nine pars in his round.
McLachlin, a Punahou School alum, had three birdies, two bogeys and 13 pars.
Both are currently tied for 42nd place.
Dudley Hart, who has finished his round, is tied with Brian Gay, who has played 13 holes, for the lead, at 7 under.
