Fine, brisk weather expected to stick around

Get those blankets out.

Forecasters say it will be another chilly night, with temperatures in the upper 50s to low 60s.

The cold could stick around through tomorrow night.

Otherwise, the National Weather Service says on its Web site, "expect fine weather through Tuesday night."

The chilly temperatures are being caused by a cold front off the Islands, which is expected to reach Kaua'i on Wednesday and weaken considerably as it moves over the rest of the state Thursday.

Here's a detailed look at the next few days:

Sunday, sunny. Highs 74 to 80. East winds around 10 mph in the morning, becoming light.

Sunday night, mostly clear and cool. Lows 55 to 61. Light winds.

Monday, sunny. Highs 74 to 80. Light winds.
