Wet roads making for slower commutes

Wet roadways are making for slower commutes Tuesday morning, with traffic already starting to back up at the H-1/H-2 merge. It's also thickening in the eastbound lanes through Pearl City and 'Aiea.It is, however, relatively clear through the Middle Street merge area as of 5:30 a.m.
