Naked man hit by car on highway near Leftovers

A 47-year-old man has been taken to The Queen's Medical Center after he collided with a vehicle on Kamehameha Highway near Leftovers surf break, Emergency Medical Service spokesman Bryan Cheplic said.Police said the man, who was naked, was running on the highway before the collision. The driver stopped and checked on the man, police said.
The accident occurred around 5:30 a.m.
No other information is available.
