Alternative parking: Ford Island opens 8:30 a.m. with free parking and shuttle; Radford High opens 8:30 a.m. with parking $3 and no shuttle. Player winnings: $40,000 for each member of winning team (coaches get $15,000); $20,000 to losing team members (coaches get $10,000). • Parking stalls available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reserving stalls is prohibited. • Vehicles; tables, chairs, barbeque pits and tents must be confined to one stall. Empty stalls may not be used for tailgating. • Pegging of tents prohibited, punishable by fines up to $500. • Dumping hot coals in the parking lot or in trash receptacles is prohibited. • Ball playing and Frisbee tossing, etc., is prohibited. • Bicycle/scooter riding, skateboarding, rollerblading prohibited. • Animals not allowed. • Live bands and broadcasting of loud music is prohibited. TheBus will be offering its Football Express service for Saturday's NFL Pro Bowl at Aloha Stadium. Non-stop service will be provided from various locations on O'ahu for the game, which has a 1 p.m. kickoff. Cost is $3 one way, cash only, and exact change is required.
