Kaua'i police seeking missing teenage girls

LIHU'E, Kaua'i—Police are seeking two 14-year-old girls on Kaua'i. Both of them have been missing more than two weeks.Leiala Cummings, 5-feet-4 and 100 pounds, left her home Jan. 10. She is described as having a slight build and tan complexion, black hair and brown eyes.
Billy Kai Vinhaca, 5-feet and 75 pounds, was reported missing Jan. 14. She has a small build and dark complexion, black hair and brown eyes.
