Lanes near Castle Medical Center closed for road work

The center-most lanes of Kalaniana'ole Highway between Kapa'a Quarry Road and Kailua Road near Castle Medical Center are closed in both directions until 2:30 p.m. today, the state Department of Transportation said.Crews will be working on median landscaping.
