'Aiea accident cleared, but east-bound traffic still slow

Aloha Friday isn't showing much love on the highways to morning commuters.An accident earlier this morning in 'Aiea has slowed H-1 east-bound traffic to a crawl. The accident has been cleared, but congestion remains high.
Traffic at the H-1/H-2 merge is backed up past the Waikele Shopping Center and traffic at the Kunia onramp is also backed up.
Traffic on the Pali into town and also coming in from Hawai'i Kai is starting to fill.
