Advertiser Staff

Hawaiian Airlines has appointed Ken Rewick vice president of flight operations.

Rewick is responsible for overseeing all administrative duties and activities for Hawaiian's pilots, including crew scheduling, pilot flight training and standards, as well as the carrier's System Operations Control Center.

Rewick joined Hawaiian as a pilot in May 1978. His tenure includes 18 years of management experience in a variety of pilot training and administrative duties. Most recently, he served as director of flight operations for Hawaiian. He succeeds Robert Glasgow, who recently retired from the company.

Rewick attended Punahou School and the University of Hawaii at Manoa before starting his career with Hawaiian.

"Ken has both the temperament and the experience to manage our flight operations. He has built a distinguished career at Hawaiian over the past three decades, and has established excellent relationships within the industry and with government aviation agencies at all levels in Hawaii," said Mark Dunkerley, Hawaiian's president and chief executive officer.
