Utility-pole fire reported in Waipahu

A fire crew responded to a report that a utility pole was on fire in a residential area Waipahu.
The incident was reported at 3:40 a.m.
The burning pole was reported to be near the intersection of Honowai Street and Ho'ae'ae Place, about a block from Honowai Elementary School.
A crew from Hawaiian Electric Co. was responding, police said.
