Kaua'i recycling center to close for 3 days

PUHI, Kaua'i — The Puhi Metals Recycling Center will be closed from Feb. 17 to 19, county officials said.
The center will reopen on Feb. 20.
The facility will be closed to allow for the transportation of a large load of accumulated metals that will be shipped to O'ahu for recycling.
Normal operating hours for the center are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
