Mardi Gras menu set for Tuesday

Dixie Grill will celebrate the Mardi Gras season with a special menu of food and drink items inspired by New Orleans, culminating on Fat Tuesday, Feb. 20.
Entertainment will augment the food options at Dixie Grill's two locations. Singer Rachel Gonzales will appear from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Ward Avenue restaurant, performing jazz and blues tunes. The Chris Vandercook Trio will appear at the 'Aiea site, offering rhythm and blues.
