Jeffrey Samuels Real Estate opens Kapolei office

Jeffrey Samuels Real Estate Services has opened a branch office in Kapolei and named Michelle A. Lynch broker in charge.The office at Kapolei Shopping Center is the second O'ahu office for the flat-fee brokerage business established in 2002. The company said it plans to open two more offices, in Hawai'i Kai and Kailua.
