Affordable senior apartments dedicated today

A dedication ceremony is being held at 12:15 p.m. today for the 47-unit Pi'ikoi Vista, an eight-story building on Kina'u Street.The new housing is an affordable rental building for elderly O'ahu residents.
Gov. Linda Lingle will attend the dedication.
