High school artists can compete for excellence awards

Hawai'i Arts Alliance is accepting submissions for its annual Arts Excellence Awards, which rotates between elementary, middle and high schools.This year, high schools are invited to apply for the award, which comes with up to $3,000 from the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts.
