Rainbow Wahine beat Fresno State in basketball

Cassidy Chretien and Brittany Grice each scored 15 points to lead the University of Hawaii women's basketball team past Fresno State, 79-65, tonight at Stan Sheriff Center.Chretien added seven assists and Grice seven rebounds. Pam Tambini added 14 points for the Rainbow Wahine, 12-12 overall and 6-6 in the Western Athletic Conference.
Fresno State is 13-11 and 6-5.
UH assistant Pat Charity is 3-0 since taking over for head coach Jim Bolla, who has been out after a medical procedure.
